“In another life, she was my forever.”
An unexpected tragedy leaves Professor Nathaniel Hunt a widower alone with a newborn baby.
He hires a nanny. She’s young, but well-qualified, with a simple life, a crazy name obsession, and a boyfriend she met at the grocery store.
Over time, he discovers she knows things about him—things that happened before she was born—like a hidden scar on his head, his favorite pizza, and how he cheated on a high school Spanish test.
She speaks familiar words and shares haunting memories that take him back to over two decades earlier when he lost his best friend in a tragic accident.
“I’m afraid of what’s going to happen when you realize I’m not her.”
Transcend is a sexy, mind-bending journey that uncovers possibilities, challenges beliefs, and begets the age-old question: is there life after death?
I have absolutely no words for this book. Talk about a mind blowing experience!
I am really starting the love the way Jewel writes her books. Transcend is beautifully written. You could feel the emotions through the pages of the book. You could feel the love and the conflict of emotions that Swayze was feeling. You could understand the sense of lost and sweet burn of hope that was felt by Nate ….
Transcend encapsulates everything I love in a romance novel: joy, fear, angst, frustration, hope, love, reincarnations… Everything I love is in this book…
Some would say it’s a love triangle but it’s definitely more than that yet it’s not a love triangle.
Transcend had a deep sense of mystery that as a reader, you can’t help but read the pages of the book so fast because you want….no..you NEED to know what’s going to happen next. And just when you think you are getting the hang of it…BOOM… A freaking cliffhanger …and that too in the most Mind blowing scene ever!
It was be so easy to describe Transcend, it’s sexy, it’s beautiful and it truly does challenge your beliefs and it really makes you hope.
Transcend is a fantastic read and I hope you give it a shot..plus Epoch is just a few days away…so yeah to that!
