Author: Charleigh Rose
Genre: Romance

Blurb
Lo
Moving to River’s Edge was supposed to be a fresh start.
Away from chaos.
Away from bad influences and worse relationships.
All I wanted was to give my little brother more of a chance than I ever had.
It should’ve been simple.
I didn’t count on my transgressions following me.
And I definitely didn’t count on meeting Dare.
Tall, tortured, and tattooed.
A Lost Boy through and through.
Falling for someone like him was asking for heartache.
But I was a sucker for punishment.

Dare
I had a routine.
Eat, work, sleep, repeat, only ever doing the bare minimum to keep up appearances.
I kept my circle small and my guard high.
I spent years making sure I didn’t repeat the mistakes of my past, forming an impenetrable layer of ice around my heart.
Then Logan showed up in my town, in my tattoo shop, testing my patience along with my self-control.
She was fire and I was ice.
I should’ve stayed away.
But I had been cold for far too long.

If you’ve been following my reviews, you’ll know that Bad Habit (Bad Love #1) was one of my favourite New Adult book for the 2017. So, it’s really no surprise that I pounced into this one ….I am not ashamed to say that I read this book in one sitting…I forgot to eat, I missed an appointment but I had no regrets!

Bad Intention is beautifully written. It’s utterly captivating!
I loved Lo! I love female protagonists who are smart, hardworking, witty and sarcastic without being annoyingly over-smart/ know it all; Lo is just that! I love her sarcastic witty comebacks, her strength and her will to carry the burdens on her shoulder without moaning on and on about it.

Dare. Who doesn’t love a tattooed up alpha male, right? Dare is, to be mildly put, HOT! I sound like a broken record but I love male characters that are silently beautiful; Dare is broody, quite yet very observant and very thoughtful. Let’s be real here and say that once you meet Dare, you just want to give him a big giant hug and say “you big oaf! you are so hot but you shatter my soul apart with your mysterious ways”. hahahaha

There is absolutely no denying the fact that Lo and Dare have an incredible chemistry.
I was honestly a little apprehensive about this book because I loved the first book so much… but the author has written a beautiful book!

Bad Intension is intriguing from the very first chapter. This book is hauntingly raw, it captivates it’s reader with all the emotions one would hope for in a book. But mostly of all, it’s about family and love.

Lo and Dare are beautiful together. Their story is resilient and you can’t help but root for them to have an happy ever after…with a whole load of sexy!

Happy Reading!
